Research has shown that Chaga contains SOD (superoxide dismutase) levels 55 times higher than Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum), 23 times higher than Brazil Mushroom, and 25 times higher than Lion's Mane Mushroom. Reishi is known for its triterpenes and general adaptogenic properties, while Turkey Tail is valued for its polysaccharide-K (PSK) content. Chaga is particularly noted for its antioxidant, immune-modulating, and blood sugar support properties.
