It is produced via cleaning, low-temperature drying, ultrafine grinding, and sterilization, preserving the plant's active components including flavonoids, volatile oils (thymol, thymyl isobutyrate), and sesquiterpene lactones. The product appears as a brownish-yellow fine powder with a characteristic herbal odor and slightly bitter taste.
